What are the benefits of the TWISTER mini stepper?

Working out: How and how long for?
Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25 to 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week). Each session should begin with a 3 to 5 minute warm up (longer if you are a beginner). If you start your workout session too quickly, you may increase the risk of injury and lose your energy. Finally, at the end of each session, take the time for a recovery phase and don't forget to stretch.

You can also work on your waist and abdominals by turning your hips each time you step on to the stepper.
